Returns & Refunds policy

At Character Arc Leadership Coaching, we are committed to providing high-impact strategic partnerships and actionable resources. To maintain the integrity of our professional services and digital offerings, we adhere to the following refund policy.

1. 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions & Packages

Coaching is a collaborative process that requires a dedicated time commitment from both the coach and the client.

Individual Sessions: Payments for individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

Monthly Packages: If you have purchased a monthly coaching package, you are committing to a dedicated block of time. If you choose to terminate the coaching relationship mid-month, no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining sessions of that month.

Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 14 days' written notice. Any pre-paid months beyond the current 30-day billing cycle will be refunded in full.

2. Virtual Products & Learning Courses

Due to the digital nature of our virtual products, including but not limited to online courses, downloadable templates, and recorded workshops, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Immediate Access: Once access to a virtual course or digital product has been granted, the intellectual property is considered delivered.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital purchase, please contact desiree@characterslead.com for immediate assistance and troubleshooting.

3. Strategic Consulting Projects

For specialized projects (such as consulting work), refunds are governed by the specific terms outlined in your Statement of Work (SOW) or Professional Services Agreement.

Deposits for project-based work are non-refundable as they secure project bandwidth and initial research phases.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Character Arc Leadership Coaching LLC reserves the right to offer partial refunds or credits toward future services in the event of extreme, documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances. These exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Character Arc management.
