My Origin Story

I’ve always been drawn to transformation. Long before I became a leadership coach, I was captivated by the character arcs found in literature, fantasy, and role-playing games...stories that revealed a powerful truth: we don’t become great leaders in spite of challenge, but because of it.

That lens shaped my 24-year career as a Federal Human Capital leader, where I worked at the intersection of strategy and humanity, supporting leaders through change, complexity, and transition. Behind every role and reorganization, I saw the deeper story unfolding: people searching for clarity, alignment, and purpose.

So for me, the next natural chapter was to become a coach.
