Attendance & Cancellation Policy

At Character Arc Leadership Coaching, our coaching partnership is built on mutual professional respect and a shared commitment to your growth. Because your session time is a dedicated resource in my schedule, the following policy ensures we maintain consistency and progress in our work together.

1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

How to Notify: You may reschedule directly via the calendar link in your confirmation email or by contacting me at desiree@characterslead.com.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Time is our most valuable asset. When a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, that time cannot be reallocated to another client.

Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour window will be charged at the full session rate (or deducted from your monthly package).

No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session within 15 minutes of the start time without prior notification, the session will be considered a "No-Show" and is non-refundable.

3. Punctuality

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will utilize the remaining time in your slot. To respect the schedules of all clients, sessions cannot be extended beyond the original end time.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that true emergencies such as medical crises or extreme unforeseen events can occur. In these rare instances, cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion. Please communicate as soon as you are safely able to do so.

5. Coach-Initiated Rescheduling

Should I need to reschedule a session due to illness or an emergency, I will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a priority make-up date within the same business week.
